Here at the speed shop, you can even find mini bikes under construction.....

I had picked up a "chopper" mini bike on Craigslist real cheap, the original motor looked like it was out of a weed wacker and the handle bars sucked.  So, I picked up a powerwasher motor and bent up some 1 inch tubing to make a new set of handle bars (and header).  Really the only thing that is from the original bike is the tires and frame (minus handlebars).  Everything I fabbed up.

The fuel tank was my first TIG weld job on aluminum, made from scratch.  The carburetor is a Mikuni motorcycle carb.  I'm not the greatest at tuning carbs (due to my impatientness), but hopefully I can get her dialed in.  I still have a lot to do on the bike, brakes (she'll have disc brakes eventually), a Mexican blanket upholstered seat and paint.
